I updated to mac OS Big Sur 11.0.1 and now my computer will not connect to the Canon copier/printers at my school. This is a huge problem. Tech department says the only fix is I have to back up my computer and then bring it to them and they will wipe it and download the older operating system. Then I can reload my computer.
